Castles comply with NZ and Australian safety standards and are sourced from a reputable Australian company. Electrical equipment is regularly safety tested to 3760 standard.
Prices include set up and take down and extension cords. A small rubber 'slide landing' mat can be provided for indoor hires free. Please advise us whether the castle will be placed on grass or concrete if it is to be set up outside. A grassed area is preferable but if the castle is to be set up on concrete, for extra safety we recommend you provide some sort of padding for the concrete (i.e carpet, matting) as we only provide a small landing mat for the slide.
Please note that indoor venues are preferable during the winter months. We will not set up castles on extremely muddy grassed areas so if you want an outdoor booking in winter, a concrete or deck area is preferred. If you have an outdoor booking and the weather is questionable, we will make contact with you the morning of the hire and if we have to cancel due to rain or other extreme weather conditions there will be no charge to you. Due to safety reasons, we do not set up bouncy castles in wet weather.
Delivery and pick up is normally between 9am - 6pm. As we usually have more then one booking on the same day, we will confirm pick up and drop off times around your event closer to the big day. The final pickup time for outdoor hires in winter is 5pm.
